公司自主研发的通风安全产品包括密闭阀及调节阀、袋进袋出排风高效过滤装置(BIBO)、风口式排风高效过滤装置、三通管道式呼吸过滤装置等,已通过欧盟CE认证,核工业合格供应商认证,主要应用于核工业、生物制剂行业、各类实验室及其他高风险生产设施等场所,对空气中潜在有害微气溶胶进行有效防护与阻断。
经过三年的研发,公司推出FCV系列动态风量控制阀和PCV系列动态压差控制阀可在复杂工程应用条件下精确测量并控制房间的送/排风量和房间压差,不需要在风阀上下游安装直管段,并保证良好的线性调节和抗干扰特性,自身控制器可自控系统集成实现集中监控,在实际工程应用中极大缩短了系统调试工期,大幅提高了风量和压差控制精度,提升了受控环境抗干扰性能。

The ventilation safety products, independently developed by the company, include air tight isolation valve, regulating valve, bag-in and bag-out HEPA filtration device (BIBO), terminal HEPA filtration device, Y type air vent HEPA filtration device, etc., have obtained the EU CE certification, nuclear industry qualified supplier certification. These products are mainly used in the nuclear industry, biological agent industry, all kinds of laboratories and other high-risk production facilities to effectively protect and contain potentially harmful aerosols.
After three years of research and development, the company launched FCV series dynamic flow control valve and PCV series dynamic pressure control valve which can accurately measure and control the air supply/exhaust volume and space differential pressure under complex application conditions, with no need to install straight pipe upstream and downstream of the air valve, and with good linear regulation and anti-interference characteristics, and its own controller can be integrated automatic control system to realize centralized controls. On construction sites, the test and balance period of the system is greatly shortened, the accuracy of air volume and pressure control are greatly improved, and the anti-interference performance of the controls.
